My doctor gave me Bystolic. It seems to work. The apple cider vinegar tasted horrible. I bought the Apple cider vinegar pills but I don’t think they worked.
I am taking the Bystolic now and Organic milled Flax seeds with frozen blue berries with cereal.

How old were you …
How old were you when you found out you had High blood pressure? I am 26 and I had really high blood pressure also. I am now working on getting weened off medication. I am scared I will be stuck on this crap for ever.
