Give up salt. Ditto salty foods (pretzels, pickles, etc)
    Take a garlic supplement.
    Forego caffine

If these measures don’t work sufficiently, or if you are already on bp meds, then see your doctor immediately. You can’t just stop taking bp pills, they have a rebound effect that is dangerous. High blood pressure is the silent killer.

Without medication??? Meditation, empty the mind as much as possible and totally focus on slow, deep breaths for at least twenty minutes…this will serve as a temporary balm until you can get to a doctor for a prescription. It does as well or better than any herbs/vitamins/poultices/teas.

There are many ways to bring down b/p on your own. Being diagnosed as having hypertension means that you simply need to be taking your meds !!! It’s dangerous to go without b/p meds…… Diet is crucial to changing your b/p. slow down on the hamburgers, fries and sodas. Cutting down on saturated fat and total fat can help a lot- minimal of 30 grams of total fat is good per daily basis. Eat more calcium and magnesium which is in a lot of low-fat dairy foods like yogart. Fruits and dark green veggies help too. Lower your salt intake… try herbs like oregano, garlic and parsley for flavor… but just add to taste.
    Hope this answers your ??

Here’s some tips that may help.

Reduce salt and get enough potassium. Potassium counteracts the effects of salt.

    Get enough exercise.

Get enough calcium & magnesium. Your blood pressure may be high if you aren’t getting enough of these however these aren’t treatments in themselves.

    Eat fish with Omega-3 oils.

    Try hawthorn too.

Supplement with coenzyme q10 which improves the hearts energy supplies.

Also try to manage stress and limit alcohol consumption.

There are many things that you can do to improve high blood pressure that don’t involve medicine. Diet and exercise are always first on the list but there are some rather innovative products on the market that can help some people. I’ve been diagnosed with hypertension for about 10 years and am not the best at keeping to a good exercise regimen. I have had good luck with a product called resperate. Its a little portable CD-player sized device that helps you lower your breathing rate to less than 10 breaths a minute for about 15 minutes. It is not known why exactly this helps to lower blood pressure but it does work. Its been through several successful clinical trials and there are lots of success stories out there. I’ve included a link if you want some more info: http://resperatereviews.com/naturally-lower.html
    Good Luck!
