what is the best natural remedy if any to deal with high blood pressure?
There are numerous herbs that help regulate blood pressure, be it high or low. The force exerted by blood on the walls of blood vessels (veins, arteries and the chambers of the heart) is medically termed blood pressure. It is popularly referred to as “BP”. In cases of high BP, this force is greater than normal and vice versa in low BP cases.
Herbs for high blood pressure:
Garlic: It is a natural blood thinner; regular intake lowers BP by 5% to 10%
Hawthorn (Crataegus Oxycantha): Helps increase contraction of the heart muscle
Brahmi (Centella Asiatica): It helps in getting undisturbed sleep and soothes nervous system
Red clover powder: Used as a tonic for the heart
Ashwagandha: Counteracts high BP
Pearl powder: helps in the regeneration of the tissues
Shankapushpi: treats sleep disorders
Pushkarmool: Supports healthy cholesterol
Herbs for low blood pressure
Rosemary (leaves, flowers): Infused with wine, it gives a boost to poor blood circulation
Ginger: helps normalize low blood pressure
Ginseng: boosts mental and physical stamina
Motherwort: relieves anxiety
Rose geranium: excellent BP balancer
So if you are one of those who ask: What are herbs I can use for blood pressure, try the some of the herbs mentioned above.

cut down on salt, fried foods, high-fatty foods. Exercise 30 minutes every day (before you walk-do some stretches–slowly for five minutes)walk at a normal pace for 20 minutes at first–even if you do some exercise 15 minutes twice a day…do it every day. Once you get a routine going, and drink plenty of water ( don’t have the water ICE COLD)…keep your routine going…You Must have a plan…You can also do deep-breathing (inhale slowly as you count to 10-inhale all the air you can, then hold it& exhale slowly as you count to ten and all the air is out–do this for five minutes til you have good control—then longer as you go along—you can do this deep-breathing exercise anytime day or night—One more thing—unles the doctor tells you—DO NOT USE LOW-SODIUM FOODS, SOUPS, ETC!

Homeopathy:-
More details are required about yourself and your condition in your own words to diagnose correctly. As it is I can recommend two remedies which will always help in high blood pressure, the rest of your individual specific symptoms will decide what are your exact remedies but these two will help anyway.
1.Bryonia 30
2.Natrium Mur 30
and if you have depression along with High Blood Pressure AURUM MET 30 will help treat and cure your depression.
I would suggest that you take these medicines for three days three doses daily, three drops each in a sip of water half hour before or after meals. You can take these three at half hour intervals in a bout of high blood pressure but after it comes back to regular just three doses a day will suffice to keep it regulated
Please report back in three days how far have these three helped you. And please post your details for an accurate answer, probably these three will treat and cure your High BP and Depression completely. But just to make sure that thius presription is correct post more details
Take Care, God Bless and Get Well Soon !
P.S
Feel free to ask me if there is anything else you want to ask !

NONE have any real effect on life-span or other endpoints of the disease: heart failure, renal failure, stroke, heart attack….
NONE. BP NOT related to fitness. Stress reduction may help, if a complete lifestyle change is possible.
Weight loss has demonstrated mild improvements, in groups undergoing pharmacologic treatments, but seems ineffective on it’s own.
Those are the current facts. BP control has saved more lives than just about any other medically treated disease.
