Posted by: admin : Category: Lower your Blood pressure
Subject is male, 49 years old, low to moderate physical activity, healthy BMI, moderate stress.
Low salt diet, low fat diet, exercise. If this does not work then a trip to the doctor is warranted as prescription meds may be needed for blood pressure control.

ok, first i recommend, is physical activity, at least 1 hour a day! or 1and 1/2 for 2 days.
eating healthy is one of the main factors, reduce sodium intake (mainly found in table/sea salt) Americans and Canadians alike consume enough sodium a day, enough for 10 days!!
sodium is a link to high blood pressure, and potassium on the other hand does the opposite, eat foods like bananas, or oranges lots of foods have potassium!
try grabbing your hand on some fish oil, or flax seed oils. (OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS) they work miracles for your body! from cardio to brain, to bones, to blood, to fertility, to whatever, and scientists are still finding new benefits! i take 1g pill every day, make sure to look for the amount of omega 3 fatty acid content, found on the side a good amount is 180/120
FEEL good about your self, reduce stress by sitting down and taking deep breathes for 5-10min, and when getting stressed out just sit and a rest.
the steps all contribute to lower blood pressure, try as much as you can and youre blood pressure will be 120/80 in no time
