    deep breaths worked for me i would find myself really stressed at some points of the day and all i would have to do is relax lay down take some slow deep breaths and i felt better

    Great informaion, however I would go even further and say to totally eliminate the alcohol & caffeine. This will help eliminate High Blood Pressure rather than just controlling it.
