What is the best way to cut 30 seconds off your brest stroke time?
Posted by: admin : Category: Stroke
I know 30 seconds is a lot, but my coach for swimming just let me start breast stroke last year for meets and its my best stroke. I was just wondering because if i drop about 30 seconds i can get a varsity letter.
make sure you have a powerful kick and a good glide. 30 seconds is a lot, but its not impossible. Just practice. Try to cut a few seconds each time you swim it and then soon enough you will be there. It takes work, but if your asking about it, you must be willing to put in that effort. Good luck!!!

Sorry, but thats like impossible. 30 seconds??
What event? What is your old time? What time are you trying to get? What are your practice intervals?

Maybe your coach was kidding when he said 30 seconds, ‘cuz that’s a lot of time to drop!
I’m not a breaststroker so try searching, like on Wikipedia. Do good, fulls kicks and such
Good luck dood
